Sentinel is call analytics for insurance agencies, CPA firms and title offices: AI reads every recorded call and turns it into a searchable record of what was said, and flags the clients quietly shopping you. You get the actual number on the first call, not the third.
What your recorded call volume actually is, what Sentinel finds on calls like yours, and what it would take on your phones.
Most agencies find out the hard way, and all three answers are the same answer.
Your file has the email. It does not have the call, and the call is where the coverage got explained. Your producer remembers it one way. The client remembers it another.
Said once, in passing, to whoever picked up. Your CSR did not think to flag it. Six weeks later the broker of record letter arrives.
A renewal, an effective date, a filing, a closing. A lapse here is a claim rather than an inconvenience, and nothing in the AMS knows it was said.
Specific things that happened on your phones, ranked by what they carry.
A coverage explanation, findable in seconds.
A client mentioning shopping or not renewing.
A renewal or filing date with nobody assigned.
A party who refused to get on the phone.
A binder or return promised, and whether it went.
A file stuck on the client with nobody chasing.
A caller pressing to change payment or wire instructions.
A life or business change that needs a review.
A client asking about a line you do not write.
Claims first reported by phone, and where time goes.
In the dashboard, or in your inbox
Every finding lands in your Sentinel dashboard, and it can also email the people you name, so nobody has to remember to log in to find out.
You pick which findings send the moment they happen and which wait for the morning digest. Most accounts run two or three same-day alerts and put the rest in the summary, which is what stops it becoming noise your team learns to ignore.

Analysis
Personal lines, nine years on the book. Retention risk raised on a routine service call, so nothing about it reaches your AMS and the renewal looks unremarkable until the broker of record letter arrives. Trigger sentence: “Another agency quoted me about four hundred less on the auto. I am going to think about it.”

View call in SentinelAll three have a published source, and the strongest comes from the industry's own association. ALTA's September 2026 study puts a seller avoiding meetings or calls at the top of the fraud red flag list, ahead of every other indicator, and no vendor sells anything against it.
Change the four numbers to yours. The math updates as you type, and nothing here is sent to us.
Both modules are optional, available on any tier, and priced on top of it.
An illustration, not a promise. Every input is yours. Sentinel measures the first two from your own calls once recording is running, which is when the estimates stop being estimates.
Four steps. You have probably already done the first one.
See How Sentinel WorksSentinel reads recorded calls from whatever system you have, ours or anyone else's. It sits beside your AMS rather than inside it, so nobody logs anything in two places. If you are not recording yet, start there and we set it up.
All of them, once each call ends. Calls are transcribed and searchable, which is the part that matters on the day somebody asks what was said.
Shopping signals, unassigned dates and stalled files get emailed to whoever you name. Your producers do not have to change anything they do.
We go through what fired, what it missed and what was wrong, and rewrite the rules that need it. Your book is not our first guess at your book.
We do not publish a name, a number or a finding belonging to a firm that uses Sentinel, and we would not publish yours.
The whole stack runs in Amazon Web Services in our own account. Your recordings and transcripts are not used to train any model.
Recordings 90 days, transcripts and analysis 180. If you need that in contract language, or you have a carrier questionnaire, let's walk through it together.
No. Sentinel needs recordings, not a particular provider. Agencies and firms run it on the phone system they already have, and a good number never change that system at all. Treat the phones and the analysis as two separate decisions on two separate timetables.
Yes, and there is no way around it. An uncaptured call leaves nothing to read, and we will set recording up if you need it. Then we count how many of your extensions actually record, because a producer line nobody switched on will quietly shrink every number that follows.
No, and it does not integrate with it either, which is deliberate. Sentinel sits beside the AMS and reads recordings. Nobody logs a note in two places, nothing syncs, and there is no field mapping exercise. If your team never opens it, the findings still arrive by email.
Redaction is available: names, policy and account numbers, government IDs, card and bank details come out before a finding is written or emailed. Sentinel can flag that a payment or a wire was discussed on a call without carrying the numbers into a report. Ask on the first call whether it is switched on for your account.
They stay in our own AWS account and Sentinel reads them there. Nothing is shared with another customer and no finding leaves your account. Retention length is a configuration decision, so get the number you need written into your agreement rather than assumed, along with our commitment that your call content never trains a model.
It will be wrong sometimes; assume that going in. Every finding carries the quote that triggered it, so a human checks it in seconds rather than taking our word for it. Nothing is auto-sent to a client and nothing changes in another system. On scoring, an item is only counted once its stated precondition matches what the call was actually about, so nobody is marked down for a call that never reached the situation. Wrong rule, we rewrite the rule.
No. Sentinel reads calls after they end, because the recording only reaches Sentinel once the call is complete. It is not live monitoring, it does not join calls and it does not answer them. Findings from a morning's calls are with you the same day.
Both read the same recorded calls, so there is nothing further to connect, and both are priced on top of your tier. Customer health is available at any tier and ties calls together by who was on them, so you see a pattern across a client's calls rather than one call at a time.
Nobody buys call analytics until somebody asks what was said. Then it is the only thing they want. You already record these calls and nobody has the hours to listen. Sentinel reads all of them, makes them searchable, and hands you the things that carry money or exposure.
Sentinel works on recordings from any phone system. If your phones are already on TeleCloud, we can pull your recording coverage before you commit to anything.
