Typically yes, there are one-time installation & set up fees that varies according to your project scope. We offer both On-Site Installation and Remote Installation packages based on your requirements. This fee can be waived or reduced with a term agreement.
Our turnaround time is typically 3-8 weeks. A few variables impacting the time of delivery are the client size and complexity, porting of numbers from your current carrier providers, and hardware or software-only requirements.
If you already own IP Phone compatible devices (Most Yealink or Poly Models) we can re-use them to help reduce fees and avoid changing your hardware. If upgrades are needed or recommended, we’ll let you know...
This question is important because you don't want to continue paying the old provider. After ALL your critical business phone numbers port to TeleCloud, you can typically cancel services with your old Phone provider.
Most of the time (not all) it is very common to reduce telecom fees by selecting TeleCloud. We provide a cost comparison audit sheet as part of the sales process. We can eliminate phone/fax charges, system maintenance expenses and some 3rd party services.
VoIP providers cheaper than TeleCloud usually offer a limited feature set, outsource customer service overseas and offer a low touch / non human experience.
If you want to migrate away from your provider, you need to find out your "Early Termination Fees". Great News - we can often help cover some or all of those fees.
Customers that are 100% remote, require the basic software only calling plan and do not require porting or hardware set up or have physical office networks, will typically have lower pricing because the onboarding process is easier.

Pricing may be higher for businesses that require extensive on-site labor or complex infrastructure setup. If your project includes installing voice routers, network switches, Ethernet cabling, overhead paging systems, or door intercoms, these components will be clearly outlined in your scope of services and may increase your total cost.
