There are so many competitors within the VoIP space. That includes everyone from RingCentral and 8x8 to Vonage and Nextiva. Across the country and the globe, there are hundreds of these providers. Given that, what’s the niche of TeleCloud, and why would anyone within that niche do business with us? The answer is simple, and it comes down to three key differentiators.

3 Key Differentiators of TeleCloud

Our niche is businesses with somewhere between ten and one hundred phones. Realizing these business accounts were too small to get the time and attention they deserved from large VoIP providers, we made it our marketing mission to help these legitimately small businesses. Sometimes we’ll scale up and help a larger company, but for the most part, our average customer has about thirty end points and one to two locations. Here’s why those companies want to work with us:

1. We Come Onsite to your Office Location

If you’re a small company with less than one hundred phones, the large providers are simply not going to come onsite to your office. At Tele-Data Solutions, we get hired because we do go onsite to our New Jersey–based customers: for sales meetings, installation services, and training.

 2. We Strategically Partner with New Jersey–Based IT Providers

We create business-minded partnerships with companies that are local to us in New Jersey. We work with IT providers and managed service providers that sell IT services but don’t necessarily want to get involved with phone systems, VoIP, or UCaaS. When we develop these partnerships, we can work together to get the clients what they need.

3. We Have an Established, Positive Reputation in Northern New Jersey

Tele-Data Solutions began in 1983, so we’ve been doing this for a long time.
