How Does TeleCloud’s Technology Advisory Service Work?

2. We Source Suppliers

Using our experience, we tap into a network of top providers to identify the most suitable options for your business. Typically it is reasonable to evaluate 2-3 suppliers once there is a general understanding of your goals.

3. We Consolidate Your Options

Rather than juggling multiple demos and offers, we provide a side-by-side comparison of your options, including:

  • Determine which supplier is ideal for you.
  • Features and integration requirements.
  • Pricing and term options (may include promos).
  • Onboarding best practices.

We will work with you and the supplier to ensure the project goes smoothly.

How Long Does The Selection Process Take?

Depending on your business needs and size, the selection process typically takes 3-8 weeks, including evaluations, supplier demos, and contract finalizations.

What is the Cost to Include TeleCloud?

Will you pay TeleCloud directly in addition to the supplier? It depends….sometimes yes, sometimes no.

In full transparency, we earn a commission (10-20% of your monthly invoice) paid to us by the technology supplier. At times, we also receive one-time commissions based on your monthly recurring expense and contract length. These commissions are paid by the supplier, NOT you. The suppliers pay this because we make the sales, onboarding, and support process easier for the larger suppliers. 

On-Site Network Installation Services and Dedicated Project Management

If you require TeleCloud for on-site installation services, network design, or dedicated project support, yes we are going to charge for this service. Most National Suppliers do NOT offer onsite services. This would be quoted directly to you from TeleCloud. You can elect to hire us for our dedicated project management support (in addition to the supplier) to provide a more supportive and thorough onboarding experience.  In our experience, some suppliers are simply not great at onboarding smaller clients and may feel frustrated without representation.

On-Going Support Services

If you prefer to work directly with TeleCloud support (after installation), we will interface with the supplier on your behalf.

The monthly cost for a support plan will be a minimum of $250/month depending on your company's size and complexity. 

We would make exceptions to this fee above if you are a larger business, typically billing above ~$5,000/month, and the supplier’s commission to us covers the overhead and effort required.
